I have lived in Dover for over 30 years. Working for the Home Office brought me down here in the mid 1980s. I have always lived in River aside from roughly half my career spent overseas in such places as Islamabad, Moscow and Banjul.

I am married and have one daughter, who is following the family wanderlust - living and working in Sydney!

Prior to arriving in Kent I lived in Weymouth where I DJ’d in a couple of clubs; the lure of the spinning the decks followed me and I ran a small mobile roadshow however my personal highlight must be the afternoon I DJ’d to a couple of thousand people in Moscow’s Gorky Park.

It’s now time to put something back and I am more than happy to spend my retirement working for DCR - your local community radio station!
